U.S. Census Intructions
Instructions for completing the U.S. Census: The Census Bureau instructs colleges to count students where they reside most of the time (i.e., on-campus in Poughkeepsie), even during this period of remote learning. Given this, Vassar will count all of our students who were living on-campus at the start of spring semester 2020 in our census report, and Vassar students should not be counted within their families’ household reports. If you or your family have any additional questions, please email the office of Student Living and Wellness at deanslw@vassar.edu.
